You can return the products and get your money back within 30 days (from the day you received the goods).

As soon as we have received the return and processed it, we will refund the purchase price using the payment method originally chosen.
In the case of cash on delivery payments, please include a note in the package on which you note your bank details.

Additonal costs, like custom/import fees or express shipping costs, cannot be refunded.

Return postage must be paid by the customer!


If you want new goods, please order them regularly via the website.


The following applies to returns from abroad: Please send the package back to us with sufficient postage using a shipping service provider of your choice. Please use the parcel service of the respective shipping service provider and NOT by registered mail.


When returning from a non-EU country: In addition, the original invoice must be attached to the outside of the package. Otherwise, the package could be held up at customs, causing additional processing time and costs.
